Carmel Caravan Park

We at Carmel Caravan Park are an outstanding site ideally located to explore and relax in the tranquil and beautiful Welsh countryside – the perfect place for a completely stress free retreat in Mid Wales! Our family run park is owned and run by Mr and Mrs Robinson and their family have superbly maintained our very friendly site which has static caravans for hire as well as pitches for tourers.

As we have said, we are a great place to explore Mid-Wales – we are only 15 miles away from Welshpool and 10 miles from Newtown. There are plenty of picturesque walking paths and great fishing lakes where you can try your luck in Fly fishing for rainbow trout, coarse fishing for carp, roach, rudd and Perch, and river fishing for brown trout. We are also near some great resorts and near an 18 hole golf course. The park itself is surrounded by natural beauty and is kept to a very high standard.

Our park has 150 Static caravan plots, which are all well spaced as well as a separate area for tourer caravans and campers, where everyone is welcome! Our touring site has room for 50 touring caravans, as well as plenty of room for tents and motor homes. We have both hard and soft standing pitches available and some great onsite facilities which include: 3 modern toilet blocks, a small laundrette, a sweet shop, electrical hook-ups, caravan storage and a Bowling green.
